The production of high quality special steels requires the production process to be environmentally friendly.
Producing forging ingots and steel press and rolling billets requires investing in the production process not only quantitatively, but also qualitatively, with the aim of improving the product and working conditions without neglecting environmental aspects.
The steelworks is equipped with a high capacity fumes extraction and treatment plant, based on the closure of the casting furnace in a single large isolated and insulated room (Elephant house).
The fumes treatment system installed by Acciaieria di Rubiera employs the best available technology for steelworks applications. BAT (Best Available Technology)
Our workforce is highly specialized: the company has invested in highly qualified personnel, thanks to whom the process of automating special steels production has reached the highest possible quality levels.
